IMAGO
Our research group is working on a Proof of Concept, called “IMAGO”, consisting on the development of an online platform for image analysis.
Through this platform, users will be able to upload their images and choose among a list of predefined analysis (including 2D cell migration, 3D network reconstruction, nuclei segmentation or TFM) or request a custom study.
In the end, customers will receive the processed images and a personalized report.
We would really appreciate if you could help us with your collaboration in our market study by answering a brief and anonymous survey.
Additionally, since we are in a beta-state, we can offer you a free trial. If you are interested please directly contact to [email protected].
Here are some publications supporting our work and showing examples of our potential outputs:
– C. Del Amo et al. (J Mech Behav Biomed Mater. 2018): Matrix architecture plays a pivotal role in 3D osteoblast migration: The effect of interstitial fluid flow.
– N. Movilla et al. (Bone. 2018): Degradation of extracellular matrix regulates osteoblast migration: A microfluidic-based study.
– C. Del Amo et al. (Integr Biol (Camb). 2017): Quantifying 3D chemotaxis in microfluidic-based chips with step gradients of collagen hydrogel concentrations.
– C. Del Amo & C. Borau et al. (J Biomech. 2016): Quantification of angiogenic sprouting under different growth factors in a microfluidic platform.
If you have further questions do not hesitate to contact me or Dr. Carlos Borau ([email protected])
Yours faithfully,
Daniel Fontané.
